I found the Arctic Shore blinkies $2/1 at the 183rd St Jewel in Homewood today. They were on the refrigerated products glass door at the end of the aisle right by the Arctic Shores products. I didn't see any of the shrimp that has been talked about so I grabbed 10 of the Qs and took them to another Jewel that I had seen the shrimp at. I don't know if this location helps you or not.
