Well that's a shame. Herbal remedies are usually the best and healthiest options of medication! So do you come on here when you can't sleep?

Fair enough. I sometimes use herbal sleeping pills which are good when I'm very stressed and ultimately can't sleep.

I get what you mean about stacking shelves till you're 60, but if you find a job you love you don't have to worry about that! But If you want to go to war then each to their own. I'd advise against it but it's your life

Oh I know, don't get me wrong. I just think it happening in public and so close to home is the most worrying part of it. I don't support war or the army at all, not to sound nasty. Of course I don't feel the man deserved what happened to him, though.

Well I live in London and central is quite nice but all the outer areas, like where I live, are full of nasty people, over-priced things and crime >_> That guy that got attacked in Woolwich? That was a 10 minute drive from my house...
