    They FedEx us new cards when we had a problem, too. They were all "how are you going to get through the weekend? Can we give you a balance check into your checking?" :lol: We also use the Discover like a debit card. Charge everything, pay it off a couple times a week.

    Same issue with the people who live along the Mississippi. They get flooded out regularly, and yet the collective we still use our tax dollars for them to be able to continue to live there. Just another example of your tax dollars at work.

    A lot of times foreign buyers buy through US remailers - there are a number of reshippers out of NJ and CA. That is probably why you saw messages with Chinese characters. As long as they didn't charge you, you are all good!

    Wait? It looks like Ebay paid the buyer protection claim, not you? If they didn't charge you for the refund, don't worry about it. Anyway, ALWAYS respond to Buyer Protection claims.

Next time this happens, respond and say "The correct item was sent, and the delivery confirmation shows it was delivered on xx/xx/xx." That is all the proof you need.
