By far anything racing related. Formula 1, NASCAR, off road racing, Moto GP, Grand Prix, etc. All of these requires hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not millions, for parts, vehicles, practices, safety, and many other factors. The cost involved here is just unbelievable.

I second dodge ball. The intensity of the competition would be amazing, plus, I think it is more entertaining then, say curling, so it would bring many new viewers to the Olympics. I would also like to see baseball back but then again I doubt that will happen.
