I think Anandtech and others have compared the two and essentially it is not worth spending any more for 64MB. Maybe if you are the Sultan of Brunei you wouldn't give it any thought but if you have to ask the question the answer is probably no. That's what AGP is for anyway. If you have less than 128MB of system RAM you are going to get the most bang for your buck by spending your money on that instead of extra video RAM. If you run Win2000, then the same applies if you have less than 256MB. Another way to look at it, especially if you have enough system RAM already, is you may as well save that extra money to buy the next 'best' video card 3-6 months from now instead. Compression also makes more than 32MB video RAM seem silly now too.
