I picked up this mint condition mid 70's Fuzzbuster police radar detector at a rummage sale today for a buck. Cool. It came in the original box with an extra bulb for the warning light. I haven't seen one of these in years. Frankly, I'm not sure if they are even legal to use in this state....

I have a collection of 1980'ies computers and I think I'm going to collect typewriters! (I bought a new one recently, but I miss the old ones with lever types and the carriage).

I'm not going to lie, though, I thought that a fuzzbuster was some type of vacuum when I read the title of this thread..... guess that's what happens when you are only born in '87!

That's pretty cool! I wonder if it even works with today's radar guns? Probably not the laser or Ka bands. I wonder how many forces if any forces still use the old school radar technology.
