my new most-favorite-ever combination:
take a thin slice of cheddar or swiss (without holes, if possible) like 2 square inches in size, carefully add 1/4 teaspoon fresh blue cheese on top. Then carefully plop a red grape on top of that and quickly ram it into your mouth before it falls apart.
OH MY GOD.
Complete heaven. I did it last night and repeated it tonight. LOVE IT.
Pair it with 1, 2 or even 3 glasses of cabernet and you'll be humming. :knitter2:
