Any ping pong players here?

Who here has ever played ping pong (or sometimes known as table tennis)? I don't play it very often at all but whenever I have played it I've always enjoyed it and would like to play it more often. I think it's very fun and engaging.

It's one of those sports that you are either really good at or not very good at. I don't think I've met anyone that was average at it. I've played with friends before that are really good and it's really hard to match techniques that people know of. Do you play ping pong/table tennis? How good are you?

I've never played ping pong seriously before, I have had like fun goes at it with friends and family but more in the sense of just hitting it to each other rather than playing to any set rules. I think that its a good way to spend some time and do exercise without realise you're doing it.
