Anyone ever tried the NO-NO hair removal system?

I keep seeing this goofy thing advertised and wonder if anyone ever tried it? Does it work? Do you like it or is it a waste of $$$...any advice is appreciated. TIA.

Go on Amazon and look at the reviews. 1 1/2 stars out of 249 reviews.
Based on that alone I am going on it sucks.
