Are there any free publishers online? I want to publish a book but i dont want to pay a lot, rather not pay . So if yo have any suggestions feel free to drop them here. My book is a poetry book

I believe BookTango is a free e-book publisher - if not I'm sure Google will come up with a few more options.
The best thing for you would be to look around and read the information provided by the sites to see which one best suits you.

I'm pretty sure you can publish for free (or almost free) on Amazon's Kindle. Of course, it'd be digital-only.
