There is a theory that there is an infinite number of alternate universes and the one we are currently in is simply just one instance of all of the different possibilities that exist out there. It's quite scary really to think about it, no?
I personally am not sure if I want to believe this but it doesn't make for an interesting conversation to think about how your life could be different and how the world around us would function too. What do you think you'd be doing in a different universe?
