best media players and codecs

What does everyone use to play their movies/anime/music?

Currently I have vidomi, divx player, classic windows media player, and winamp
However I am still unable to play select anime files,... so let me know what you guys use

DiVX Codec, XViD Codec, etc.

Use GSpot to figure out what codec the movie requires.

Once you install the codec, you can use any media player.
For short vids, I just use WMP.
For long movies, I just open them in PowerDVD.
