This is our own recipe that we invented when we were on a diet of fruits and vegetables. However, this is not a vegetarian dish. The ingredients are ½ head of cabbage, 1 cup flour, 1 egg, ½ teaspoon salt, dash of pepper, cooking oil.
Clean the cabbage by washing very well before grating like the way you do the cole slaw. Dissolve the flour in ½ cup of water before adding the beaten egg, salt and pepper. Mix well, this is the batter. In a small bowl, put the desired amount of grated cabbage plus the batter. Heat the pan with cooking oil and fry the mixture. This is best eaten hot and with ketchup.
