CHICAGO -- A South Side Chicago man allegedly injured by a woman whom police say he tried to rape was charged Friday with aggravated criminal sexual assault.
According to police, Erik Williams, 21, of the 3600 block of South Michigan Avenue allegedly accosted a 42-year-old woman on that block at about 3 a.m. Friday and ordered her to perform a sex act on him.
They said the woman bit off the man's testicles and about a half-hour later turned the severed parts over to officers in the Police Department headquarters, 3510 S. Michigan.
