China baby rescued from from Sewage Pipe | Now out of hospital.

Kirk's mom actually told me about this; a baby in China was found in a sewage pipe after, according to his mother, accidentally falling into the toilet. I'm not sure I buy that, seeing as you're only allowed one child in China plus she was single which is also frowned upon. I personally just can't believe the absurdity of it...if it was intentional, which I think it was, it's sick.

A baby fell into the toilet? And it got flushed down into the sewer...?
Is this kind of like, on that show "I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant" where women think that they're just pooping or something and it turns out their poop was actually a baby and the baby ends up in the toilet?


Oh nevermind, I just read the article.
Hm. That still doesn't make sense, though. Wouldn't a newborn baby be too big to just slip down into the pipe? And wouldn't she have had to FLUSH before the baby got all the way into the sewer? And wouldn't the baby have clogged the pipes?! And whyyyyy would she give birth on the toilet?!?!

So many questions!!!
 
I read about it too. It was all over the news. The sad thing is apparently the father of the baby is going to contest paternity. The baby is doing fine thankfully and has been released to the family already. I just hope they do take care of the baby properly. It's so young and has already been through so much.
