Chrome Books

Okay, so before I bought my current laptop (a Toshiba Satellite with an AMD E1 processor if you are wondering) I almost walked out of Staples with a Chrome Book. I know what these are, but has anyone used one? If so, how does the "Chrome" OS work if someone doesn't mind explaining? Are there compatible programs with it, like there are for Windows? I am just curious as I have never used one before. And of course, does anyone own one? :tongue-new:

Ok, it's a good thing I didn't buy that! I wouldn't be able to do anything that I usually do on my Windows laptop. Interesting reviews..Thanks! (Now I know I made the right choice, lol)
