Have 2 questions here

If I was to request a custom page, but didn't have the PSD file, But had the link to style my sight was using , Is it still possible?

For EX:
I wanted to get this type of homepage (Sorry, don't feel like typing it again)

Basically making a duplicate of my forum page, but instead of the forums, the description in the link is added

#2 Is it possible to change colors of certain parts of your forum with coding?

For Ex, I want to change The Color of 2 parts of the site
The header where it's blue
& and the sider where it's also blue
I want to change it to black

Is that possible with coding?

For #1:

is basically the portal mod. So yes. It is possible. Cause you can select which forum`s topics should be on the portal displaying and updating as you or anybody else post a reply. And replies are shown as comments.
Or another possibility is the Newspage mod. But that can only be used for well, that purpose. You have a lot more options with the portal mod.

For #2:
The header color is more like an image so if you want to change it, you will have to edit this image:

And upload it into the same location with the same name.

Same would go with the sider I guess, but I`m not sure what you mean with "sider"...

So for #1, I can use a portable mod, and basically do who what I described in that link? Even post videos...

For # 2, yea, I meant the side,
So I can download it and edit with photoshop and replace it, bunt change it with coding...
