Recently, Commodore USA has released a beta of the Commodore Vision OS that is based on Linux Mint (which is in turn based on Ubuntu).
They made an announcement video for it that's quite impressive:

Slashdot is currently running an article about the Amiga Mini computer from C= USA.
The hardware throughout Commodore USA's offerings is a bit on the pricey side, but for serious retro computing (or Linux!) fans this might be interesting.
As long as their Linux distro is freely available, Commdore Vision might also be an alternative to Ubuntu or LinuxMint users.
