I thought that's pretty interesting ... they're right, such bunkers could be good anywhere ... b/c you never know what kind of thing fate is gonna throw at us. Let's hope there'll be enough rich people to build those kind of things. At least a tiny fraction of mankind would be able to survive such an incident then.
Most likely, none of us mere mortals will be able to book a seat in one of those facilities ...
