Computer freezing

For some reason, the last few days, when I've started the computer up in the morning, connected to the net and gone on the Soup, my computer has frozen. Reboot, and it's fine. Any ideas why?

Without more info, we'd only be guessing.
Could be heat, IRQ conflict, or virtually anything else.
