Dealing With Exam Stress

I stress a lot.
I'm terrible at dealing with stress and I don't work well under pressure. I'm so bad at it XD
I'll definitely be reading up on how to deal with it better.
 
I used to suffer work stress something terrible, and there were few ways of dealing with it when stuck in the office with a load of moronic dkheads. But a technique normally used to calm a panicking person became be very useful: Breathe in slowly, counting seconds down 1. .2. .3. .4. .5. .6. .to 10, and then breathing slowly back up. First, loosen your collar or if possible, any clothing close to your neck. Go outside and try slowly your breathing; sit on a bench. This lowers your pulse rate, and ultimately your blood pressure.
