i hate the death sentence. on one hand taxes nuff said. on the other its a quick painless death no punishment because we don't know what lies beyond the grave.

A true egregious, tragedy of the legal system. So many appeals and they still couldn't get it right. No physical evidence that was admissible and 7 of the 9 star witnesses recanting and stating that they were coerced to sign false statements. Some of the jury members even said they would have voted differently had the witnesses recanted then or not went forward with their testimony. I would say there's plenty of doubt there beyond reason. Even the world news stated that if the trial were held today, he wouldn't have received the death sentence or possibly even been convicted. What a joke our system is sometimes.
