Smiss&gt; There is nothing wrong with Dell, other than that they have basically heeded to Intel's whim, at the expense of offering any systems based on an AMD CPU.

Their survey is basically asking if people would be interested in systems from Dell featuring AMD CPUs.
(BTW, it's been my experience that it helps to check the links in a thread before you make assumptions about what the thread is discussing.
