Does the design matter?

What do you think? Does the forum design matters?

I guess it is obviously a important factor regarding to the forums.
Though the main thing I would look for, is good and original content in the website, I would look for the forum design at first and will check how user friendly the template and the functionality is. A good looking forum is always worth joining if it has got a good administration and moderation.

I would like to know what other people thinks about this..

Yes, a good design matters first. Site with clusters of ad and irrelevant colors and theme, will surely spoil the website visit time.

It does matters if you're an corporate website, it affects the company image.

30 day squat challenge

Well, I'm pretty young and I'm pretty tall but thin which leads me to have a flatter backside, so my ex-gf use to say. I finally noticed this myself and heard of the 30 day challenge and decided to start it.

My thoughts:
It works.
It works
It works.

I'm now on day 6 and I've noticed a different in the shape of my backside and the extra lift it's gave and I don't intend to stop.

Yes, I hear you! I was sore for the first couple of days but I'm not getting that desired bum I've always wanted.lol
