How can I set up so that domainA.com mirrors the content of domainB.com?

The easiest way of doming that without altering your domain's configuration is to create an .htaccess file i the main directory of domainA.com. Add the following lines into that .htaccess file:

Redirect 301 / http://domainB.com

This will create a redirection and redirect domainA.com to domainB.com.
