Energy Boosters for the Mid Day Slump?

Hello Everyone,
Do you have any ideas for the mid afternoon energy slump? Sometimes I feel like I need a little something, whether it be food or drink to get me through the latter half of the day. I need something low in sugar and artificial ingredients. Do you have any ideas?
 
I would recommend 5 hour energy, Red Bull, or any other energy drink. You could also start waking yourself up through exercising, and drinking water, it always gets the job done for me.
