I have downloaded the Excel email import template from your downloads section as I am looking to create over 100 email accounts. When I import to Excel file into the email admin area, I get the following error:
Unable to parse the Enabled field. Please use 1 for enabled or 0 for disabled.
This error indicates that the Enabled field on the Excel file has an incorrect value. If you put Yes or something else in this box it will not work. Also it cannot be left blank. Simply enter a 1 in all the boxes for the email accounts you wish to create.
