Finding Proxy Settings on Phone?

I recently got a new phone, a Motorola Andriod 2.3 touchscreen one, and I can't get the uni wifi to work on it.

To use the wifi I need to use it's proxy, but the thing is that I can't find a way to get to the proxy settings on my phone.

This is the set-up page which shows you what to do, but the thing is that when I have to go Menu -> Advanced, my page looks nothing like the last picture.
I have nothing to do with anything proxy-related, instead I have Wifi Sleep Policy, MAC address, IP address, and IP settings.
I've looked all through settings and stuff, but can't find it.
I'm either blind, very stupid, or it's genuinely not there.

So, what do?

I just got an Android 4.1 phone a few days ago, and I can't find it either. Noob problems.

long press on the network and it will give you a pop up that has forget and modify, select modify and you'll want to show advanced, so that you can see the proxy settings
