Have you ever been Scammed?

Professionally I am an outsourcing specialist and my label provides IT services & business consultancy to small and mid size companies. A week back I was unfortunately scammed by a local business in my home town. I was quite upset for the past couple of days hence I decided to take it up with the Confab Community. So guys tell me if you have ever been scammed and if you have been, have you reported it to the authorities? I still haven't reported it to the Police yet.

Not yet, but I'm currently working in a new foreign exchange bureau and we are pretty much a huge target for fraud/money laundering. D:
