Honda Cars India Ltd (HCIL) on Saturday said it will recall 42,672 units of second generation Honda City cars manufactured in 2007 and 2008 to replace their power window switch.
“HCIL would carry out preventive part replacement of power window switch of 42,672 units of previous (2nd) generation Honda City, manufactured in the year 2007 and 2008,” the company said in a statement.
The company will proactively replace power window switch which may malfunction in case water or any other liquid enters the driver side window, it added.
