How much time do you spend on electronic devices each day?

We all know that spending a lot of time on technology and electrical devices can be bad for us but some of us have no choice depending on the kind of job that we work. Some of us may need to spend around 8 hours or more on technology to earn an income.

How much time would you say you spend on electrical devices each day? Is this something you could change or is it needed?

I spend a lot of time on my phone. I think there’s some days that I need to put it down lol

I work for most part of the day and I don't access my phone at that time unless a message comes in from a client. However, when I close from work by 5pm, I am always on my phone or laptop. Let's say I spend up to 5 hours daily on electronic devices.
