Fruits and vegetables are something that we know is good for us and that we should eat regularly. Whilst some people enjoy fruits and vegetables, some people do not like them and can't bring themselves to eat them.
If I should be honest with myself, not very often as I should. I normally buy fruits but not always due to the cost of fruits in my location. As for vegetables I eat them once in awhile. Today we would be having rice and vegetables though.
I try to lead a healthier lifestyle by including a variety of fruits and vegetables. I used to eat a lot of fruits, but I have decided to cut back on them because of the high sugar content and rising prices. As a result, I have moved my focus to eating more vegetables. Vegetables not only contain an abundance of necessary vitamins and minerals, but they also give me a longer-lasting sense of fullness. Bitter gourds, spinach, and cabbage have become regular vegetables in my diet.
