How often do you visit the doctor?

How often do you go and visit your doctor? Do you go on a regular basic for check ups, etc.. or do you just wait till something happens then go see the doctor?

I have some special problems so I visit at least once every few months. However, though, I'm generally very healthy - assuming I'm working out.
