If you have purchased a custom HTML newsletter template for phpFox from ThemeDorks or any other theme developer, you can install the template by downloading and uploading image files (if any).
You then need to edit two files:
/theme/frontend/default/template/email.html.php
/theme/adminpanel/default/template/email.html.php
Refresh your cache and send out a test newsletter to see your new template.
