I need help with ICQ registration

I've looked everywhere on ICQ's site, and I just can't figure this out -- am I missing something?


I already have ICQ downloaded -- I don't want to download it again, all I want to do is create another account. How can I register another account with ICQ (for my sis) -- does anyone know how?

Using ICQ 2000b, you can just click on the My ICQ button, Select Registration To ICQ, and select Register A New User.

You can also have multiple users log into a single ICQ installation on a single PC, so you and your sister can share if you're using the same PC.
