I want to make ice cream cookie sandwiches for PJs birthday party on Sat becouse I want to do something different and becouse I have about 20 packs of cookies in the freezer. I tried baking them and putting the ice cream on them and freezing them but that didnt work to good (I think its cause I used the toaster over to bake the cookies and Ill use the reg oven when I make all the cookies) cause the cookies were crispy. Philip thinks i should make a 'cookie cake' then layer ice cream and another cookie cake and cut it out but I think that may look cheap what do yall think?
