I'm avoiding going outside, the neighbors asked me to let there dog out a few times tomorrow, told them I would and to remind me today, well I just found out that their kids have lice and I don't want to have to go in their house tomorrow. So if I don't go out maybe they will find someone else to ask. :giggles:

Well they were taking the kids to the grandparents in Iowa to stay the week with them and the parents were coming back home. But maybe they won't be going now.
Went to the pool this evening and then picked up a flat of strawberries and a flat of raspberries.
The raspberries are washed and chilling in the fridge - I'll flash freeze in the morning.
Have to wash/hull/flash freeze the strawberries tomorrow as well.

Basically you individually freezing each berry as opposed to freezing a bag full of berries. When you freeze individually it happens faster and on the other side you can remove as many (or as few) berries as you want.

It's a beautiful Friday night, what's everyone doing??? I'm hanging outside with the two little boys, DH took the girls to play disc golf. Drank one Blue Moon for KG and now I'm moving onto a Coors Light.

Have to clean the kitchen. Taking advantage of some of the produce prices at Dominicks and now I have blueberries, mangoes and peaches to get in the freezer.
Have to think about making peach/mango salsa this weekend. but that will be batch #2 of mangoes and peaches.
