What a strange - and very fishy - story. He certainly belongs in prison, the dirty thief, but what's with all the discrepancies on when he was supposed to report and whether he was in custody or not?

Sure he belongs there, but there isn't enough room in prison for everyone who belongs in prison. It's a shame really.
