Don't expect the prices to go up anytime soon.
Industry reports are that everyone went into production overdrive following the Taiwan earthquakes to ready for a shortage, when in actuality, the damage to Taiwanese production was minimal, and there's now a huge surplus of inventory.
Simple supply and demand applies here.
When you have high supply, you need to get it out, so you lower prices, raising demand.
Prices will go lower before they stabilize and start going up again.
