The idea of this thread is pretty much stated in the title. I want to know what villains you have felt sorry for in movies.
I'm not saying that you agree with the actions of the bad guy, but you have felt some sympathy towards them at some point or another in television shows or movies.
For anyone who watched Harper's Island, here's one.

For those who haven't watched it, you should. But the guy there is Henry, who was deeply in love with the girl who stabbed him and had been since they were very young children. He turned into a vicious murderer whilst working with the known murderer from the past of the island. He kills all of his and his wife's friends, including his wife. But nawww.
Also, in a show called Luther there were twins who went on a horrific crime spree, but they died and the darn BBC made me feel really sad when they were killed. I really can't find the clip, though. So you can all just think I'm really weird and heartless.
