BMW has revealed the new 4-series Coupé, which promises sharper looks, a sportier drive, and lower emissions than the outgoing 3-series.
The new car will be shown to the public at the Frankfurt motor show in September before going on sale in October with prices starting from £31,575.
The 4-series is longer, lower and wider than the car it replaces. Signature design elements like the double-kidney grille and kinked C-pillar mean the new two-door is recognisably a BMW, but the long bonnet, set-back passenger compartment and flowing roofline give the 4-series very different proportions to the 3-series saloon.
Xenon headlights are standard, while adaptive headlights (with or without LEDs) are optional. Prominent horizontal lines and L-shaped LED rear lights emphasise the extra width at the back of the car.
