New Doom from id

Another DOOM? Wow!!! I'd *LOVE* to find out something about that! I played the original and Doom2 soooooooo many times!

omfg! wolfenstein was my first video game!!! doom and doom2 are the best!! WOOHA!!!

i even still remember howto get the chainsaw on the first level of doom2!!! YAY DOOM!

You sure it's a new Doom title?

They're creating a brand new 3-D Wolfenstein sequel that I am sure of.

That I'm REALLY looking forward to. That **** oldie is still fun to this day.

I'm looking forward to this one, too. Return to Castle Wolfentein or whatever it's called. Thing is from what I've read on it, it'll be very demanding on your hardware. John Carmack recently was interviewd by some website, I'll try to find the link in a sec, and he said that half the video cards out on the market right now will be too slow to run this game the way id software wants it to be run. I think the only cards they mentioned as "usefull" was the GeForce 2 GTS, which is about $400 right now. He said by the time the game does actually come out though, there should be cards that will handle the game quite nicely...now lemme go look for that link. 1 second...ok.
