Winamp Remote Control @ A True Review

"Today I shall be reviewing a pure computer luxury. On the review block is the Winamp 3 remote, or as the paperwork that comes with it states, a Packard Bell FastMedia Remote and Infrared Receiver. I was excited to use a remote with my computer, even if it was in such a limited capacity, Winamp only. My computer is tied in with a surround sound system. Sometimes, I prefer to sit down and control the music from across room while reading in bed and such."

Zalman Theatre 6 Headphones Review @ Short-Media

"Can a set of headphones be classified as a "quiet computing product"? They most certainly can compared to the alternative of blasting through a game surrounded by loudspeakers. Zalman is well known for quiet computing products and steps up front and centre (and rear) with Theatre 6 Real Surround Sound Headphones. Zalman claims to deliver that 5.1 surround experience, normally had with 6 speakers, in a set of headphones."

Today is the day this cooler gets released by Coolermaster so this is relly exciting to be able to review this cooler at the same day. The Jet 7 comes with new looks but still with the same features as the Aero coolers. It has the sam fan features that normal ordinary coolers dont have compared to the Aero series. This is a really exciting cooler with really good looks. Stay tuned now as we get closeup to it."

Samsung SF-555P Multifunction Laser Printer Review @ Tweaknews

"Today I will be reviewing a compact and effective multifunction printer that would be a great addition to any small business. I have personally have been using this particular model for the past five months and found it to be reliable, easy to use and best of all, not a space hog."

Cobalt Pyramid V @ MonkeyReview

"These days, it seems there is a never ending struggle involving balancing computer noise and air flow. Before, cooling was not as important as it is today. A case did not require multiple case fans in order to have its components operate normally. Now, with such tremendous technological advancements, devices, especially when put under stress, need much more airflow in order to be kept cool and to run stable. Manufacturers are now coming out with devices that will allow us to think when we are using our computer. One of these manufacturers is Cobalt3, who offer the Pyramid V solution to those who need a more silent system. The Pyramid V, which was supplied by QuietPC, is a device that alters the speed (RPM) of a fan based on the temperature inside the system."

Four Way AMD Athlon XP Heatsink Shootout @ TweakTown

"The latest 64-bit Athlon processors may just be around the corner but in no way does that mean that Athlon XP users aren’t going to need a cooler for their processors now and a little further more into the future. The release of the Athlon 64 and FX is going to help bring down prices on the current XP line of processors and is going to give older Duron users the chance to upgrade without breaking their budget."

Cooler Master Jet 7 cooler @ MetkuMods

"Cooler Master announced their first cooler using radial fan, Aero 7, on last spring. This versatile and effective cooler gave immediately a good impression to many of those who tried it and so it did to me. Now we have here product of a hard development work, Jet 7, which has improved fan and heat sink compared to Aero 7. In addition to that, Cooler Master has decided to add a little bit of chrome and few leds to the product."

Vantec Nexus NXP205 Fan-Controller Review @ Frostytech

"The original Vantec Nexus NXP201 fan controllers took up one whole 5.25" bay and brought speed control of up to four fans with a nifty blue LED backlit dial. They were blue, they were cool, but they were just too large. Coming in either black or silver aluminum, the panels looked sleek and worked nicely at controlling the fan speed of case fans."

ABIT IC7-MAX3 Motherboard @ Viper Lair

"The ABIT IC7 we've previously reviewed proved to be very speedy and stable. The only drawback was the missing features found on the high-end IC7-G, as well as some issues running at a 1:1 CPU and Memory ratio (resolved with a later BIOS update) over 250 FSB."

CoolerMaster Jet 7 CPU Cooler Review @ VW

"The CPU cooler market is overcrowded with makes and models that for all intents and purposes look and perform pretty much the same. Oh sure, some stick an LED in the fan, and some give you a speed controller, but in the end they all look alike. Well my fellow modders, that has changed completely with this new cooler from the folks at CoolerMaster, whom we would like to take this opportunity to thank for sending us this beauty in advance of the retail release."

Atech Flash PRO 9 USB 2.0 Internal/External 9 In 1 Card Reader @ Bjorn3d

"One exciting thing about this Atech PRO 9 model is that it can easily be installed internally or be used as an external reader. Another great thing is that it supports the two newest formats -- xD-Picture Cards from Fuji and Memory Stick Pro cards."

Antec TrueControl 550watt PSU Reviewed and MoDDeD @ GruntvillE

"It’s not often that there’s a bay insert included with your PSU. The bay insert offers a 3.5” bay and the TrueControl Panel. The 3.5” bay can hold either a floppy or a hard drive. They were kind enough to vent the front to allow for some cooling of the HDD. They also made the 3.5”bay cover easy to remove if you plan to fill it with a floppy or flash reader. Once I took it out, I realized how bland the finish of the unit is. It’s a perfect match to the Antec gray towers but isn’t going to go well with other products. The back of the 3.5” cover was a polished aluminum that I felt was incredible looking. This finish on the whole insert would be sure to impress most of us… but then again it’s hard to please everyone."

X-SuperAlien Case Review @ Furioustech

"Cases so many choices, well I had the opportunity to review a modified case called the X-SuperAlien, an all aluminum case packed full of features. This case almost does your laundry! Well maybe I am telling a bit of a tall tale. Want the whole lowdown then read on my friends, and see what I mean."

"Our simple graph shows the performance you can expect from the EPoX 8RDA3+, ASUS A7N8X Deluxe 2.0, Abit NF7-S 2.0 & AOpen AK79D-400 Max with an AMD Athlon XP 2800+, PC3200 and ATI Radeon 9700 Pro."

Volcano 11+ Xaser Edition Review @ Xtreme Tek

"Analyzing all the information I have laid out, one could come to the conclusion that what I have here is a high-feature, good-performance, fairly-noisy heatsink offering from Thermaltake. I think that analysis is right on. The performance offered exceeds the heatsinks I tested the Volcano 11+ against, but that comes at the cost of sound pollution. Thermaltake has combated that problem by offering noise reduction tools. Unlike Zalman's product, you can control the sound element without opening the case. If one were to decrease the speed, the sound would drop and the performance would most likely fall into the same area as the other heatsink. The bonus is that the extra performance is at your finger tips if you need it."

Shuttle SN45G XPC - SFF Evolution @ TweakTown

"It is without a doubt that Small Form Factor (or SFF as it can be referred to as) PC’s are taking on a life of their own, and even to this date, starting to displace the major end users desktop. These PC’s are for one extremely small, taking up about as much space as a Laptop PC. While being small they are extremely powerful, even to the point that they are equaling full sized desktop’s and even taking them out of the picture all together in certain cases. We can see the evolution starting with Shuttle with the XPC and VIA’s approach with the EPIA motherboard for D.I.Y SFF hobbyists, while the VIA solutions are not aimed at high end gamers, Shuttle are."

AVC 112C86 Heat Sink Reviewed @ Ohls-Place

"Rounding up the AMD heat sinks from AVC we are going to be looking at the AVC-112C86 which looks to be a pretty nice heat sink with the large aluminum core and the 30mm copper insert, but can in run with the big dogs?"

Gigabyte Radeon 9600 Pro Review @ PCHW

"The video card market has developed rapidly in recent years with faster cards and more memory and features included and the high-end cards output is amazing. Unfortunately not of all of us are able to spend £200-£400 on a new card. Its true to say the only users who will be buying the higher end versions are either gamers or people who are heavily into digital editing etc."

CoolerMaster Aero 4 Lite Heatsink @ PimpRig

"There are a total of three different cables you must deal with when installing the Aero4. Because of the voltage thirsty blower, CoolerMaster used a 4 pin Molex to connect the power to the fan. There is also a 3 pin connector to handle the RPM monitoring functions and of course the fan controller itself."
