Running on my treadmill in July, I pull my shirt up to wipe the sweat off my head. I shift over to the right, just a little. My foot goes off the belt, and hits a non-moving part of the treadmill. OUCH! I go flying, and hurt my knee.

Several weeks later, and an MRI, I find out I have two tears in my knee. Surgery for me. September 28th, I get my knee repaired. It will be my third arthroscopic surgery: I already had my other knee and my shoulder done. What are you gonna do? These sort of things can't be helped, I guess. :dontknow:

condolences

Bummer dude. Knee surgery ain't any fun either, I know. But on the bright side you get to make other people carry stuff for you while you hobble around for a while...

Yikes, it's even painful to read about. Hope you have a speedy recovery!

I hope you have as quick and painless recovery as possible! Take your time healing, it makes for better recovery.

I broke ankle in the army while in a combat zone playing volleyball, am I an idiot or what...

the recovery and PT are the worst part IMO.
hope you have a speedy recovery...

grrr, I have to wait to get home and see what it was. blah!

to try to get ur hopes up, i had knee surgery and it went great. my pain pills were a great excuse to sleep all the time, i was back off cruches/wheelchair after a month, and the rehabilitation lost the weight i gained during my eat/sleep time hope u do well and get to boss ppl around while ur down, it always will make u feel at least a bit better.
