Once again a lunatic has shot up a college. 10 are dead and many more injured. He was a militant atheist but also an admirer of radical Islam. He asked victims for their religion before shooting them. If a victim was Christian he shot them in the head and if they were something else he shot them in the leg. Our idiot President before knowing the facts immediately started to push gun control even though we later learned the firearms were legally purchased.

So you disagree that even stricter gun laws in your country would've prevented this? On what basis? Surely if people had to be, for example, medically screened or pysch evalued in order to own a gun, wouldn't this at least prevent a large majority of insane or crazy individuals from ever having the chance to have a weapon to carry out a heinous crime like is being seen in the USA every couple of months over the past few years.
An armed society is a polite society. Every single US city with higher gun laws has more gun violence. Gun control does nothing but disarm law abiding citizens. Criminals will always have easy access to guns. Notice how every attack is in gun free zones? Coincidence? Certainly not. We've basically created killing fields.
You may or may not be aware that Americans are screened before buying a gun. Mental health issues already denies you a gun.
