Peanut Butter Price Increase

Glad I got enough peanut butter to last me at least a year off the last skippy deal. The article says next years crop looks much more promising.
 
I don't remember what company they said makes JIF buyt they are raising the price by 30% in November.
 
We like Jif the best so I am going to get those double packs at Target. My kids don't like the Skippy for some reason so I only did one skippy deal.
 
I miss peanut butter. Munchkin has a peanut allergy so we only eat Sunbutter (sunflower) in our house. Never any coupons and never on sale. It is really hard to pay that $4.99 a jar for it. It is sad when the grocery stores are always cheaper than Target here. They want $5.89 for a jar. OUCH!!! Stock up now ladies on the PB if it is going up that much. Yikes.

Looks like I will be buying some Jif extra crunchy this month! Without coupons....oy!
 
Our Target has $2 Jif, our PNS has a price cap of $1.99 til Jan, got a cat that said get $1 off oynso wyb 2 skippy pb, stock up time, good til 10/31.
