Obviously sexual harassment is a real issue, but honestly I think most people know when they're going over the line. I mean, when you slap a coworker on the butt or something ... you know what you're doing.

Did they fire the guy because that's what I would have done.

Also, I think some girls can take things the wrong way and get people in trouble for no reason. At least, I've heard stories of people getting in trouble just because they told a coworker she looked nice and such.
