A newly-published book by a retired NORAD officer predicts October 13, 2010 as the tentative date for a fleet of extraterrestrial vehicles to hover for hours over the earth’s principal cities. Author says the event to be the first in a series intended to avert a planetary catastrophe resulting from increasing levels of carbon-dioxide in the earth’s atmosphere dangerously approaching a “critical mass.”

Winnipeg, MB (PRWEB) September 13, 2010 — A newly-published 352-page book by a retired Air Force officer, Stanley A. Fulham, tentatively predicts October 13, 2010 as the date for a massive UFO display over the world’s principal cities. According to the author, the aliens will neither land nor communicate on that date; they are aware from eons of experience with other planets in similar conditions their sudden intervention would cause fear and panic.

The book, Challenges of Change (3rd ed.), reports this event will be the initial interaction in a process leading to mankind’s acceptance of the alien reality and technologies for the removal of poisonous gases from the earth’s atmosphere in 2015, if not sooner.

New World Order Report wants you to know:

“Just before he [Wernher von Braun] died, he gave an interview to Carol Rosin, in which he basically said that in order to sustain the military-industrial complex that first a false threat of terrorists would be created and used on the public and then asteroids and finally a false alien threat.”

Wernher von Braun was a German-American rocket scientist, engineer and space architect, becoming one of the leading figures in the creation of rocket technology in Germany and the United States. He was a member of the Nazi party and a commissioned SS officer. Wernher von Braun was said to be the preeminent rocket engineer of the 20th century. After the war, he and some of his rocket team were taken to the United States as part of the then-secret Operation Paperclip. In 1955, ten years after entering the country, von Braun became a naturalized U.S. citizen. Von Braun worked on the US Army intermediate range ballistic missile (IRBM) program before his group was assimilated by NASA, under which he served as director of the newly formed Marshall Space Flight Center and as the chief architect of the Saturn V launch vehicle, the superbooster that propelled the Apollo spacecraft to the Moon. According to one NASA source, he is “without doubt, the greatest rocket scientist in history. His crowning achievement … was to lead the development of the Saturn V booster rocket that helped land the first men on the Moon in July 1969.” He received the 1975 National Medal of Science

Many people are aware of the technology played with by Tesla, Thompson T Brown, and other who call their discoveries Electrogravitics, the Hutchinson Effect, Di-Electronics and many others. After World War II, thousands of Nazi propulsion and mind scientists were relocated to the four corners region of the United States where they continued their work under “Operation Paperclip.” This is the area where Area 51, Atomic testing and so called UFO sighting occur at their highest, such as Roswell, NM.

One theory placed by many researchers has been more recently backed up with sources claiming that perhaps technology will be used to strike fear in the people of a possible alien attack or other. The benefit of this kind of stunt could be used for the globalization of military and the beginning of a global government to deal with Intergalactic travel and exploration. Sound crazy?

Modern researchers and biographers have now disclosed that the War of the Worlds broadcast in by Wells was a social experiment by the Rockefeller foundation to examine people’s response to the possible landing or sighting of aliens using nationally syndicated media outlets. The result was shown that people will be in panic. Over the next 60 years, Hollywood would be commissioned by many of these studies to start propagating the idea of aliens being benevolent, instead of malevolent. E.T., for example, is an alien who comes from another planet, form the “heavens” you could say, and heals people with his touch. He dies and then is reborn only to ascend to the heavens once more. The story of Superman, put out by Action Comics, is the same idea. An alien from another planet sent here to be our hero. It is claimed by conspiracy theorists that Project Blue Beam is reported to be a NASA project that is designed to counterfeit the second coming of the Messiah by projecting laser holograms of an alien invasion, and supernatural occurrences. In this way, the foundation will be laid for those that are intent on implementing a plan for world domination and the creation of a world wide dictator ship.

Films of alien invasions usually show them with lasers and bombing raids on major cities, but many alien films started exploring the possibility of peaceful or indifferent alien life. Star Trek was created by Gene Roddenberry who put out the idea that an inter-galactic federation, or government, would explore space for the improvement of the human species, among many other goals. The Federation in Star Trek use a flag with very similar characteristics you will find on the UN flag. The United Federation of Planets is made up of member worlds who mostly have single, unified world governments, as stated in the show. The flag for this Federation has 2 olive branches around it, exactly like the UN Flag.

The so called “Report from Iron Mountain.” In 1961, the Kennedy administration allegedly ordered a “Top Secret” study to determine what problems the United States would face if the world moved from an era of war to a golden age of peace. In other words, how to bring America into the New World Order. By 1963 the selection of the specialist had been made. This study group supposedly consisted of 15 experts in various academic disciplines who were selected for their expertise in their various fields. The first and last meetings were in an underground nuclear survival retreat called Iron Mountain.

In the same year that this “Top Secret” study was called, 1961, The Department of State put out a publication (#7277) called “Freedom From War, The United States Program for a General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World”. This publication describes a three step program to disarm the American military, shut down bases and have one military under the United Nations. This “military” would be the world wide police force to be used as “peace keepers” throughout the world. The plan would include that “all weapons of mass destruction” be eliminated with the exception of “those required for a United Nations Peace Force” (page 12 paragraph one). In order to “keep the peace, all states will reaffirm their obligations under the UN Charter to refrain from the threat of use of any type armed force” (page 16, Paragraph eight) To support the UN Charter, the average citizen will need to be disarmed; so they cannot defend themselves against these “peace keepers”. You don’t have to watch much news to see that today, the UN forces are used as “peace keepers” throughout the world, disarming people so they can’t defend themselves against oppressive governments. To quote Sarah Brady, Chair of Handgun control, Inc. “Our Task of creating a socialist America can only succeed when those who would resist us have been totally disarmed.”

The following is a statement released by CRPA: Setting the Record Straight The Western Regional Director of Handgun Control, Inc., has contacted the California Rifle and Pistol Association in Sacramento regarding the quote reportedly attributed to Sarah Brady by the January, 1994,”The National Educator” magazine which was referenced in the January issue of The Firing Line. HCI states that “the quotation you attribute to Ms. Brady is a complete fabrication…” It was asked that CRPA publish a retraction in the next issue of The Firing Line (March 2000). There are very few copies of the January 1994, “The National Educator” magazine known to be available in public libraries. CRPA was able to locate one at the State Historical Society of Wisconsin Library and obtained a copy of the quote in question. The quote, as published in “The National Educator,” is not precisely as was referenced in The Firing Line. What the quote in “The National Educator” magazine does say is the following: “Our task of creating a Socialist America can only succeed when those who would resist us have been totally disarmed.” According to “The National Educator” magazine, Sarah Brady made this statement to U.S. Senator Howard Metzenbaum while lobbying in support of a ban on semi automatic firearms. We regret any confusion this may have caused.”

Many claim that this Report from Iron Mountain mentions the use of an alien invasion to accomplish all of this.

One documentary recommended by many researchers is “Arsenal of Hypocrisy” which you can view here:
