Recommendations for Sega Genesis Games

Welp, my gf missed sega genesis so much that we went out and bought one the other day for her apartment. What I'd like are some tips on games that she may like. She is a huge sonic fan so we picked up sonic1,2,3 and sonic and knuckles already.
Any other recommendations?
She is a big 2 player fan, but isn't too into sports and rpg.

Their sports games were cool, too bad she doesn't like those kinds of games. I liked Pirates of Dark Water, it was based off of some early 90's cartoon I think. Heck, considering how cheap Genesis games are nowadays (and by the way, where are you going to look for them? I have a rough time finding them round here) you can afford to blow a buck or two on a game.

edit: Wondering what games I still have...PoDW, X-Men, 2 Star Trek games, Justice League, MK1-3, Dune...can't remember what else tho...

i used to love that cartoon

we have been buying them at used game places
i have a funcoland (funcoland.com) and some other place real close by
hopefully i can find one in michigan

Anyone have Beavis & Butthead for Sega Genesis? I'm just curious what it's like. I've picked up a couple of genesis games off ebay for good price.

If you have a large monitor, or a tv out, there's nothing better than a Sega Genesis Emulator and all 600 games to play.

Of course, you must own all 600 games to play legally.
