.....Mic collection!

Now wait.... I'm not talking about just the Shures, Senns, EVs, and the other good stuff you use now. No no. Too easy.

I know from experience and reading posts that Karaoke Hosts and DJs NEVER throw away equipment. Trade it, sell it, scavenge for parts, yes. Directly into the can? Never....

No, what I'm looking for is a TOTAL quantity. In the garage, under your car seat, in the closet- whatever..

I mean not only the good stuff, but the stuff you may have started with, or thought was a deal, or picked up at a garage sale.

I mean Rat Shack, VomitPro, BMB, Lonestar, Trident, Baseball mitt RSQs, K-mart/Philips, plastic leftovers that came with a machine, 10.00 wired/wireless combos, those no-brand Dual VHFs you got on E-bay for $29 ( that actually sounded very good, but were uncool because of plastic bodies), tuneable FM mics that the kids use with the car radio......all of your mics.

No need to answer now. Go take an inventory. BOY ARE YOU IN FOR A SURPRISE.

I'm up to 178 and counting.....and I KNOW I gave some away. I keep finding more..:sqerr::sqembarrassed:

I seem to be a mic pack rat. How about you?

I do have an old Radio Shack Stereo mic around somewhere, and a couple of antique microphones that don't work. Also I sold some old Voco-Pro 4-n-1 wireless microphones, and 4 old Audio Technica wireless mics that would not be frequency friendly this year.
